what are good beat body combat tracks?

Hi,

Just wondering what sort of tracks you are after - ie/. muay thai (my fave) etc.? And from what perspective, are you an instructor wanting to gee up your class or after some good requests? Well did combat today it was great, as usual! I tell you some of my faves problem is need to hear the song lol, but I shall try. Oh and also it will be effected by the tracks I do most often, I am not that fussy lol.
