Yup, you can only view in HEX and if you want 0's and 1's you can convert it using a calculator :D

Use WinHex. It's a pretty cool tool.

Free hex editor for Windows. Lots of them. Usually you don't view the acutally binary but view it in hex. If you really want some hex editors will show binary as well.

In Linux use hexdump.

The closest you are going to get is
to see them in hexadecimal using
Sector scanner/editor on the hardrive
