I forgot what happened in the last Harry Potter book...(spoilers) help?

I remember liking it more than the previous couple of books. I remember that Dumbledore died and Harry Potter was really pissed off and said that he was going to quit school and not attend the last year so that he could hunt down Voldemort (or Snape?) and kill him. Looking forward to the last book (I think Harry is going to die) but don't want to re-read last. Any memory refreshment is appreciated.

Dumbledore picks Harry up from the Dursley's and uses him to get Slughorn to teach at Hogwarts. At Hogwarts Harry has special classes with Dumbledore where he learns all about Voldemort creating six horcuxes by tearing his soul into seven pieces (the seventh residing in himself). Harry also ends up with Snape's (the Half-Blood Prince as Snape is a half-blood and his mother;s maiden name was Prince) old school potions book. With this book, Harry's able to impress Slughorn with his apparent "prowress" in potions.

Meanwhile Malfoy has apparently become a Death Eater and is tasked to kill Dumbledore. His mother gets Snape's promise to protect him. While at school he makes some attempts to kill Dumbledore, but largely works to get Death Eater's into the school as a distraction for the night he's supposed to kill him.

Harry and Dumbledore eventually travel to where one of Voldemort's horcruxes is supposed to be and retriving it greatly weakens Dumbledore. In this weakened state, he is confronted by Malfoy who just can't bring himself to kill the headmaster. It's Snape who commits the deed. At the funeral, Harry learn Dumbledore died all because of a fake horcrux.

There, terribly quick leaving out a lot that happens but hitting on important elements.

After drinking that green potion Harry and Dumbledore got the locket "Horcrux" and set off to Hogwarts (Dumbledore was week so Harry has to help the old man back).

Upon return to Hogsmeade, Dumbledore, Harry and Madame Rosmerta saw the Dark Mark above the Astronomy Tower. Seeing this, Dumbledore became alert and rode Rosmerta's broom with Harry.

Once there they arrived, Dumbledore froze Harry under his invisibility cloak and was cornered by Malfoy (Who has never murdered anyone before). Turns out Malfoy smuggled his Death Eater friends in Hogwarts, while chaos ensues below the tower, Malfoy was ordered to kill Dumbledore.

Well, skipping a few paragraphs ahead: Dumbledore Died!!!

After the funeral, Harry got cornered by Scrimgeour and they had a row... again.

At the end Harry, determined to destroy all Horcruxes, vowed to go to Godric's Hollow, he said that he wanted to go there so he could his parent's graves and because everything started for him there. Ron and Hermione wanted to go with him too.

He was pissed, at Snape, but at the end he wasn't anymore because he was seeing things in a whole new light, and wanted to continue what Dumbledore had started and of course to finish off Voly once and for all.
