I tried one site, but I could only download in .DivX format. (I didn't have a .DivX Converter, one of my previous Yahoo questions) Does anyone know of any good sites where I could download full Family Guy episodes and not just clips?

You just need the Divx codec to play Divx encoded stuff.
EDIT: officially there are no websites to download them from, as Fox is very quick in putting out DVD collections of their shows at pretty low prices (like $40 per season).
And we can't discuss unofficial (i.e. pirate) feeds here. So please don't ask.
Please note that the URL given in that other answer does NOT answer any legal questions, and basically they want money for the FREE programs. I call that a SCAM.
