You can go to a clean computer and download a virus cleaner. There is a good one at
http://www.trendmicro.com/download/dcs.asp

Just burn it to a CD on a clean machine, put it in the CD on your machine and run it. Its designed for just such issues.

You can also take your machine in for service usually these KNOWN virusus can be cleaned but you may need help.
