ok....you are going to be executed. However, there is one way around it. You are given a deck of playing cards in numerical and suited order. You are told that you can avoid execution if you can shuffle the cards until they return to their original order (numerical and suited) ..... you have all the time you want, but you are only given water during this period....no food. If you can shuffle the cards back into order before you die....you will be spared.....Would you go for it???

of course. I think it would be any human beings natural inclination. We are genetically wired with the will to survive so i think that any one would take the chance, even knowing that it is probably a futile endeavor

I would find a way to cheat. I once got a royal flush ace of spades high from a totally shuffled deck and the cards were being dealt to others too . I dont know what the odds are buy its a real long shot.

Ooh how about shuffling so you put them in one hand then take a chunk and put them in the front of the deck. Then put the next chunk in the front and so on until it is back to the begining.
Yeah this may not work I know.
I am curious to know the answer, though.
Does the water hav anything to do with it?
