Aww Im sorry! Morning sickness sucks. They really should change it to all-day sickness.

It is really just a part of being pregnant but if it is really bad there are things you can do. I took vitamin B-6 which helped tons and is safe. Also you can try ginger, and the notorious saltine cracker. Bananas seems to help too. I found that snacking lightly thoughout the day really kept my nausea at bay. These are all good if you want a more organic sort of solution and if it's really not too severe.

If it is really effecting your day-to-day life and you can't eat anything or can't keep anything down.
There are also medications that can help. Phenergen,Reglan,Zofran. They are all safe for pregnant woman and effective nausea agents. Ask your OB about it. Im sure he/she will have no problem making you more comfortable.

Nausea does normally go away during the second trimester.

I hope you find something that helps and have a healthy & happy pregnancy!

I think that vitamin B6 works and there might be some other pills you can take for nausea and vomiting. Drink lots of fluid, since your throwing up a lot you don't want to dehydrate yourself! But eat small things like crackers and don't eat any dairy products, that's just gross to throw up! Once you feel better the more you will be able to eat.

Coconut milk, ginger snaps, ginger root, (ginger ale and saltines work moderately). You don't hear these very often, but I live on a small island where you will here all these from the locals...and belive me, they all work wonders! I am 21 weeks and I was having a difficult time with nasuea until one of the older local women that works at the commisary told me these little tricks. If I find out more, I will let you know!

everyone is telling you crackers and water but those made me throw up even more. The only thing that worked for me was sour green grapes. Sour things tend to seize nausea. But everyone is different.

I would throw up over anything. Every time we passed by KFC just the thought of it made me throw up, my husbands Cologne, tuna. ugh these beef hot dogs he would make. Yea it was bad, lol. I was that way for 4 months.

Most people will say to eat saltine crackers and that does work for most. But what worked for me will sound kind of weird but maybe you could try it. I would eat tuna right out of the can by itself and sometimes with the crackers. I would eat it alone but you can try adding the other stuff to it. Worked for me hope it will for you GOOD LUCK!!
