I mean how long each day do you write?
When or what time of the day or night do you do your best work?
I do mine from between 8 p.m to 1 a.m.

Scheduales are for people who don't have kids. I try to write a little every day, sometimes just for 5 minutes. Early morning I have quiet time so I can get more done. Unless I'm on answers.

Pretty much when I actually write, which can be at any point when I'm awake and have free time. The duration varies. One day it could be just a few minutes as I'm trying to get down something I have in mind for the story, on another I could be writing for an hour or more as I start and things just start to flow.

I don't stick to any fixed schedules, really. It's such a hassle to force yourself to write when you clearly have no inspiration. I write better when I'm listening to a bit of my favourite music - and when I'm inspired and comfortable, of course. On a good day with plenty of ideas to write down, I can do as many as 50 pages, if not more. Depends. And people say my handwriting is small. It's not, really!

I don't put pressure on myself- sometimes I'll write for hours at a time- and sometimes I'll go a couple days without writing anything. I like to keep a pad of paper with me at all times- espcially when I know I'll have some idle time- like doing laundry or lunch break at work- and at least jot down ideas I have.

I make time to write after 9pm everyday. Sometimes it's just a page, sometimes it's an entire short story. But I have kids and a husband who take precidence, so my schedule is often interrupted.

Straight..5 A.M. till I fall over..black coffee involved here.
Bent..11 P.M. till after Dawn.
When working my day gig..Depends...Get an early start..4 A.M....chip,chip,chip away...Always carry a note-book and pen.

I wrote a book once (unpublished). I came home from work at 6 and told myself to write at least half a page.
Without the pressure, I actually wrote more and wrote freer (is that a word..more free?).
