The hottest time of the day is between 1:00 and 3:00 in Florida. Believe me, I know. I have lupus and have to avoid sunlight. I'm not suppose to go outside until after 3pm.
August is the hottest month of the year.
Although, it depends on where you live.

Noon is when the sun is the hottest. The temperature outside reaches its peak usually around 4 P.M.

That depends on your time zone to some extent. But in general between about 2 to 4 PM

Here in Colorado the sun is hottest somewhere between 2-4pm.

Depending on where you are located, I heard it was between 10am-3pm. That is what it is like where I live anyway. I honestly don't know how it varies between locations.
