The hottest time of the day is between 1:00 and 3:00 in Florida. Believe me, I know. I have lupus and have to avoid sunlight. I'm not suppose to go outside until after 3pm.
August is the hottest month of the year.
Although, it depends on where you live.

The sun is always pretty much the same temperature. It doesn't change. And besides it's always daytime there anyway.
You asked.

Depending on where you are located, I heard it was between 10am-3pm. That is what it is like where I live anyway. I honestly don't know how it varies between locations.
