i prefer cold any day...it is so much easier to warm up...and i get cranky when i am too hot.

I would rather deal with the heat, using a fan. I have arthritis, and cold weather is very painful for my bones. If I want to I can always turn on my central air conditioning, and when I get into my car I can always turn on the air conditioner too. All Malls, and stores have air conditioning.
Unless there is a black out "weather" (pun intended) it is hot or cold it really does not matter, the heat and air conditioning are run on electricity.

I would much rather deal when the cold than the heat because the heat can really make me sick.

i would rather deal with the cold then the heat..being that you can always put more layers of clothes on even if it makes you look fat..lol..but in the heat you can only get down to your bathing suite and you cant wear that most places..and your still hot...so ya cold i guess..but im glad we have both so that we dont get tired of just always being cold or always being hot.

As a third era Canuck, i'm going to take the severe chilly. i discover it lots much less stressful to heat up than it is to calm down! techniques you, you are able to take extra severe warmth while there's no humidity! it is the humidity that knocks the stuffing out of you.

I'd rather deal with the cold.. I hate to deal with the heat,, my theory is:
As cold as it gets,, just get more dress on you,,
but as hot as it gets,, you can't just take off everything on you and walk naked,, also you can't just take off your skin.
