It sounds like the stress of the situation is stressing you out more,so take a deep breath when this happens and take some time to think about why you reacted the way that you did, before you do anything else.I used to act irrationally in relationships (especially if I didn't like any little thing that ex-girlfriends would do) and just leave. Then as I came to terms as to why I acted that way (because I had to come up with a solution--the way that I was being wasn't getting me anywhere in relationships) and so I decided that it was me who had the problem.Once I discovered that I need to relax and accept people for who they are, that every person has little quirks and that nobody's perfect...I met the love of my life and we've been together for 4 years. We just got married almost 2 weeks ago.Its unbelieveable how something that seems so small at the time can make so much of a difference.Maybe consider this:everybody changes no matter what age a person is.Also,I'd like to know if you've had some sort of traumatic event happen in your life recently.Sometimes when somebody's preoccupied with that sort of thing,it can replace otherwise normal thoughts without even realizing it. Keeping it a secret is the worst thing that anyone can do.No matter what, there's always a solution!Or, what was the reason for you being loud? Was it your personality or did you do it for attention?Maybe if it was for attention and something happened to where you're embarrassed about it,that this is your way of trying to stop that from happening again. If this is just your personality and somebody said something to hurt your feelings about the way that you are then don't even worry about them.Just be yourself, forget them.If they can't accept you for who you are then that's their problem--find a new friend.

Gee. A teenaged girl having mood swings, what a shocker!
It's just adolescence. Your body is getting flooded with hormones just as everyone and everything you know is changing. And you don't have enough experience to maintain a sense of proportion.
Growing up sux, but you don't have much of a choice. The good news is that everyone goes through it and most of us survive.
If it persists after you reach 18, then you need to get a full workup. Some other things that can cause mood swings are Bi-polar disorder, Diabetes/Hypoglycemia and pregnancy. So can some prescription drugs.
In the meantime, change your eating habits. Ginger and Hot peppers are mood elevators. Garlic cleans toxins of all kinds out of the blood. Eat a lot of fruits and veggies, well seasoned. Avoid high sugar foods and drinks. Discover your comfort foods.
Get into sports, or any other physical activity that burns off that excess energy and all of those calories from your comfort foods. Rowdy music and Funny movies can level off moods.
And creative projects that you can obsess about will take your mind off, well...your mind.

I'd say put away all your feeling of getting ticked off and just talk to someone. It really is not good to bottle things up inside. Or maybe consider writing everything that you are feeling and rereading it. You might be able to figure out what's going on by doing that.

Sounds like you need to talk to your mom, it sounds like depression, how old are you? ummm it doesn't sound even close to bipolar disorder (manic depression) unless you have times where you are so wired you can't calm down to sleep, manics will sometimes be awake for 2 or 3 days straight because they are cycling, then when the aren't manic they are just depressed and don't wanna do anything

you are depressed... normal for teenagers,... if you feel like the emotions are getting too overwhelming, here's a few things you can do.......
Take less stock in the hurt full things people say to or about you, don't let petty "he said she said " B.S. get to you.... mind over matter.
Try changing your diet.... consume less sugar and fat filled junk foods and sodas.
Try improving your overall health, exercise, work out, join sports become more active.
Talk to your parents or a counselor.... do not bottle up your emotions,...... the longer you allow that which is bothering you to defeat your regular joy full self the harder it will be to heal.

you could just be going thru those teenager mood swings, but it is good that you realize this. That means you can help yourself. Talk to a school counsler about this , they can help you better and suggest things to do. Don't hide your feelings though, it may just get worse. Good luck !

You know what's wrong with me? I hate the way you talk. 'N' isn't a word by itself. 'Dat' is not a word nor a good substitution for 'that' as is 'dis' for 'this'.
I read some of what you said. You seem like a typical woman to me. PMS?
