and how did it get there. I did try coolsavings last week but then unsubscribed cause I got tired of all the stuff...yes I know that was stupid...but what can I do now?

or, if u did wat the guy above me said an still didnt' work try open the control pannel then add/remove program and maybe one of the program is that tool bar then u can delet it

Open control panel and click, add remove programs, You will find the Coupons Toolbar as a program, Just uninstall it. It will remove the toolbar.
There are some variants of this and they may require spy bot etc but try the add remove first!

first open the settings and find the button to "reset internet explorer settings"
then install and run these programs
avgfree
ad-aware
spybot search and destory
microsoft windows defender
spyware blaster
install firefox if you have to.
