Everyone has some sort of a photographic memory, just that some have better "photographs". I have read that photographic memory is a right brain function and can best developed between 0 to 6 years old.

Try looking for information on the Sichida Method.

a great distinction - there is not any such element as a photogenic memory. The word "photogenic" refers to the two photographing nicely, or produced/brought about by ability of gentle. a individual having a photographic memory has the flexibility to keep in mind photos, sounds, or products precisely, as though their suggestions had taken a photograph of it, for this reason its call. desire this facilitates!!

No, that is really a wonderful perk if you are in a service type job. My Pediatrician was total recall and it got him through school. I had four young children when I began a new client practice with him. I only saw him once with my second daughter who had diarrhea. The next time I saw him he REALLY remember ever thing, that she had another sister, 2 brothers and anything I had said about their home life and schooling. I saw her records and none was written down, so I asked him and he explained he had total recall. When he saw me he remember our last and only visit like it had been earlier that day. It was very good for me because he did remember and I never had to back track and it just had to great for him, What a wonderful gift!

Would be great to unwind the movies in my mind, delete scenes permanently. I would have to go back to age 3. It would be worth it. Unfortunately/fortunately, I can remember people's faces or details about them.
