A Herkie is a jump that's in cheerleading, I can't really explain it any further than that because I am a gymnast not a cheerleader.
However a roundoff is done in both gymnastics and cheerleading, it is like a cartwheel but after your hands touch the ground there is nothing touching the ground before your feet land together. A backhandspring is often done out of a round off.
I've never heard of a leg extension but my guess is that it is pretty self-explanatory, it is probably another cheerleading move.
A toe touch is another jump, it is done in both gymnastics and cheerleading. In gymnastics though, it is called a straddle jump. You jump off the ground separate your legs and close them before landing.

Herkie- a cheer jump, one leg is straight out to the side and the other leg is bent to the side.
roundoff- a cartwheel in the beginning, then when you get to the handstand position in the midst of the cartwheel, both feet come together, and snap down quickly, keeping the feet together.
leg extention- just a basic leg kick.
toe touch- another cheer jump. both legs are straight out to the side, with knees facing the sky.

Hate to point out yet whilst your dad won't quite help you, I choose that your mom will. i'm a center college cheerleading prepare and cheerleading isn't inexpensive. Of direction center schoolers wouldn't have jobs to pay for camp, uniforms, etc. or maybe however you will possibly get a place, you will not have time to artwork and circulate to after college practices, conferences, and video games.... and don't overlook assignments. you will decide for everybody to assist you pay the expenditures. Is your cheerleading squad customary or activity? a typical squad is the squad that does the pep rally, cheers at video games from the sidelines, and can do a factor time performance. A activity squad is a squad that travels around the rustic competing. a great form of the activity squads are co-ed, particularly knowledgeable, particularly complicated stunts, killer flips, you get the factor. Its basically like the convey it On Squads. if your college has a typical squad, all think ofyou've have been given to do is have some style of rhythm and get a former cheerleader or guy or woman who has already made the squad to teach you. you will possibly circulate to a UCA camp. they are going to coach you the basics of cheerleading. i believe this could be the friendly selection. if your squad is a activity squad, your opportunities of springing up the squad are very slender till you have gotten had years of gymnastics. notwithstanding happens, I choose you the friendly of fulfillment. shop making an attempt and artwork tough. remember Cheerleading is tough artwork, if it was any greater straightforward, it ought to be talked approximately as soccer!
