ooo weee...it sounds like a typical virus. there are many good anti virus software that you can download.

Just type in your home page when it goes to that site and put in free anti virus software in your search engine - you will find quite a few there.

Yep, it's a virus...you need to get it removed if you can't bring up any other software. Have you got a pc store you can go to? Just take the pc box there, and tell them what's happening, ask them to also put an antivirus on it. If it costs too much for the anti virus. Then as soon as you get it fixed download one for free...straight away..

There is one last thing I can suggest. My brother helped me do this and it worked, I had the same problem. Go to the start menu, click on settings, click on add/remove programs ( I think that's what it is, the pc I'm on at the moment doesn't have that option because I'm at work and it's not accessable)
Go through the list. Just be careful what you delete but if you see anything fishy then delete it. If you are not sure then leave it but you should see some really strange and funny names you can delete. As I said be careful because some of these programs are compulsary to run your pc.

It sounds as though you have spyware on your computer.
If I were you, I would avail myself of the free trials of some really good anti-spyware programs such as CounterSpy. It is far more powerful than any free software out there.
Try their free 15 day trial of the full system and see what it picks up.
It cannot hurt to try and unlike anti-virus programs, you can run more than one anti-spyware program on your computer.
