I'm 20 now, but I was 14 when I had my first real boyfriend. He was 16 and a "bad boy" so there was no way that I was going to tell my extremely religious father. He found out the next year and didn't make as big a deal out of it as I'd expected - Parents can surprise you sometimes!

I was 17 years old when I got my first kiss and no I never told my parents. I never would have told my dad about my first kiss even though it was a very innocent kiss.

No, i never told my parents I was dating/kissing anyone until at least 3 months or so, and then it was only my mom. But not that she cared or anything.

No. I did send them an email after the birth of my first child, though. Does that count?

I figured it was none of their business. At 62 I figured I could do what I darned well pleased. I was rebellious in those days.Of course it all came back to haunt me when I had to go home.
