I dont want customers using google to find me and the only link populating the screen is for a random woman's myspace page. Help!

Strange, if you enter just 'forgetworkandplay' into Google, your site comes up plus these Yahoo answer links, but if you enter it with '.com' on the end you get both yours and the other site you mention. There is no reason why the other site should be there as far as I can see. It does not compete for those keywords or indeed anything similar to your site.
Having said that, your site is very poorly optimised for your keywords.

That is the modern day search engine for you.
If you are advertising on google (or elsewhere), then it may be that your ad appeared on her page when it was crawled by the search engine's spider.

Well it doesn't for me but I suspect your question is just a clever little ploy to get your site more listings in Google!
