I wanna do a dissertation related to movies and staff.. But cant really find the specific marketing objectives(problems) relating this, any suggestion anyone? Plz help...

A dissertation is a major, original research project done to get a doctorate. I assume you mean either a term paper or a thesis, since you mention a bachelor's degree? Okay, let's see. I am a marketing prof in L.A., so I've seen a lot of papers and projects on movie-related topics. How about one of the following:
1) The impact of piracy on film distribution. I'm hearing that one of the reasons some of the recent films have been released in Asia before in L.A. was to reduce the impact.
2) How the need to reach international audiences with Hollywood films has impacted film content.
3) New technologies for film delivery (I-Phone?) and what that means for film-making.
4) Demographic changes (either in the U.S. or globally) and what that means for film production and distribution.
5) Film festivals, award shows, and the impact on film box office.
Just a few ideas; it isn't really my area, but there certainly are a lot of potential topics.

It would be wise to base your dissertation on an essay you have already done and obtained high marks. This saves time and should be easy to expand on.
