where can i see a lummenon (sorry bout spelling) or train a lvl 22 finneon. i dont want to catch lummenon i just wanna see it so i can get the national dex

Finneon will level up at 31 into Lumieon, I reccomend having it in first slot then switching to a more powerful pokemon in victory road (or attach EXP share).
Another way is to train outside solceon city where theres level 20 wild geodudes until it levels up a little then move to the route below hearthome and battle the rock climbers/trainers with rock types.
If you just want to see it, a swimmer/fisherman has it on the route to sunnyshore city.

if you have finneon give it a exp. share put it in your party and go beat the E4. i know catching is a pain in the butt so i train instead.

FYI jubilife doesnt have a wellness club. Oreburgh does yet to respond to ur question next comes pastoria city. flow to it from veilstone. Then get ur 5th badge in hearthome and yoll be waiting to surf. flow to canalave to get badge #6. Then snowpoint. seize dialga and after which you will flow to sunyshore city. THEN THE ELITE 4!

some has it either right before you get to sunshore city or in the water in on your way to the pokemon league
