When the first world war ended, there was alot of resentment by Germans of all social classes - the rich and powerful, down to the ordinary person, that Germany had been disarmed, lost her empire, and had been humiliated by the Treaty of Versailes in 1919. For many Germans, the democratic Weimar government emboided everything that the elites of Imperial Germany despised - democracy, equal rights, trade unions, peace!

Hitler had no problems in attracting financial support from rich and wealthy bankers who made lots of money through a strong German economy. Under the Weimar government, social and political discord strengthened as rebellions broke out between left-wing communist groups and right wing conservatives. The rich and powerful Junker class also felt humiliated - stabbed in the back in 1919.

Hitler knew that once Germany began to re-arm and build up its armed forces, nice little rich contracts would be awarded to industrialists such as the Krupp family, who suffered heavily from the peace at Versailles. But with Hitler in power and re-armament in full gear, Rich industrialists were willing to throw money at Hitler to rebuild Germany.

Hitler also did the industrialists a favour in removing the influence of the trade unions, and preventing them from disrupting the large companies.

You will hear and read all types of opinions about where Hitler obtained his 'funding'.
Sadly it is true that many banks, and oil companies did aid he and his 'cause', but the real beginning, and what aided Adolph in coming to power in the first place, was the end of WWI and the money which was demanded by the countries who fought against Germany. This 'restitution', along with the annexing of the 'iron country' of Alsace-Lorraine to another country. The U.S. didn't demand any money, but Pres. Wilson, who was supposed to be the main 'cog' in the Armistice Conference at Versailles, allowed this to happen. Germany and it's new democratic govt. very shortly went bankrupt which caused the political void allowing Hitler to come into power.

Hitler was originally funded form small political groups, he was an elected party leader and a good/controversial speaker who drew crowds and made the papers.
At one point he became noticed by Ernst Franz Sedgwick Hanfstaengl a wealthy publisher who had offices in New York and who's list pf acquaintances included both Roosevelt's, Teddy, Franklin, William Randolf Hearst, & Charlie Chaplin.
And through him him was introduced to many wealth person who shared their same veiws. In 1933 he lost the confidence of Hitler and fled to Swtizerland and eventual ended up working for FDR.
As far as the Bush family is concerned I have seen no crediable connection to Hitler nor any funding or support.

Check the record from the Nuremberg trials. There was a meeting in 1932 where a committee of industrialists, led by Baron Krupp, where it was decided to support Hitler because he would suppress the unions. They actually kept minutes.

Corporate interests are not concerned with democracy or rights, simply with profits. As long as Hitler screwed the union leaders first, he could do what he wanted after as far as Krupp was concerned.

actually the economy of the whole world was not exactly booming back then. . .

Adolf Hitler was a dictator so i believe he made the factories make his weapons and such. . . Germany did had resources in its soil. . but not a lot i believe. .

there was no free enterprise or market economy. . it was either his way or you get shot in the middle of the night by his secret police. .

Adolf was a great speaker and moved the masses. i think thats also another reason why people trusted him so much back then.

There has been no question that evil breeds converts to evil causes. The world wealthy, banks, industrialists, and celebrities all helped Hitler establish his third Reich. Walt Disney is an example of money givers to Hitler. Ford also and others. Where are they now? Probably waiting for the next Hitler dictator to support.

If you start researching, you'll find very disturbing information. Standard Oil and ITT, for example, collaborated with Hitler.

Baron von Schroder, Hitler's private banker and member of the Gestapo was appointed to the board of directors of ITT in Germany. The German branch of ITT provided the German military with phones, air raid warning devices, radar equipment, fuses for artillery raids, etc.

This is just one instance. If you follow that course, you may not like what you find out.

He did, try the Swiss banking. After he began to take over countries he would take their gold. They took the assets of the people they killed and being the head of the government who was going to question him if you knew it meant death. He did a lot without anything at all.
