I just received an email on hotmail from "me" which is allegedly myself. I fear someone traced me and i fear, although i had avg, norton antivirus 2003, and pc-cillin, that they may have had spyware on me and took some info on me. i have my bank account password saved so i hope - .

hotmail is blocking the email for my safety, i want to open it, should i?
What should i do?!

If you are running genuine version of Windows XP, then go to microsoft and download Windows Defender and install it. That will guard you against adware/spyware, also you can download (free) SpyBot Search & Destoy. This is another very good spyware removing program. Furthermore, go to mcafee.com and download the free tool called stinger. That will detect and remove any nasty trojans or other viruses that might be in your computer.
