I'm a firm believer in "What doesn't kill you, will only make you stronger". I've been through a hell of a lot, for someone my age ... divorce, a debilitating chronic illness and cancer ... twice. So, please, believe me when I say ... it will make you stronger.

It does depend highly on your attitude though. If you believe it's making you weak, or breaking you down .. it will, guaranteed. Pick yourself up, dust yourself off ... hold your head high and carry on. You've got your whole life ahead of you ... live it to the fullest. Wishin' you the best life has to offer Zen .... :)

Yes I believe that is tru that pain and heartbreak can make a person stronger. Sometimes you have to experience things even though it may hurt like hell, to become a stronger person. When a person is going through something like that it's for a reason, there experiencing this so they become a stronger person , and not many people realize that, and thats the sad part. Things happen for a reason.

Only if you learn from the pain and the heart ache. If you don't learn then you're just as weak as before the hurt.

Yes. You learn alot about yourself and other people. "What doesn't kill you only makes you stronger!" Grow and learn from the experience, don't let it bring you down. You, and no one else, make your own destiny!
