He doctor shopped and abused drugs, he did everything but ahve his X-wife killed so he wouldn't have to pay child support and was caught with a perscription in his possesion that wasn't his. Anyone else would be in prison.

Rush has no children to pay support on.
There have been no instances in the state of Florida where someone had been convicted of doctor shopping. The only reason he was prosecuted was for his political views.
