Credit hours refer to the number of hours spent in direct classroom (or online) contact. Some schools refer to them as credit hours or semester hours or units. The number required for a masters' degree in most fields is determined by the individual school, the exception being those fields in which the field is regulated by a central (usually state) agency which defines how many credit hours are needed for some type of certification.

That may apply to the masters in accountancy. In many states, the minimum number of credit hours required in order to become a CPA is 150 hours, which is approximately a full year longer than what a normal bachelors degree entails. While most don't specify what those extra 30 hours must be in (in many states, you could take an additional 30 hours of basketweaving and Bulgarian folkdancing to qualify!), many schools have responded by developing a 30-hour masters degree in accounting.

I will try and explain to my best of my knowledge. Credit Hours are the number of hours you receive for a course that goes toward the total credit hours for a degree. Example a Associate Degree may require 45 credit hours. So you take enough course that have credit hours to equal that number. One English course equals 3 credit hours. The semester hours are added by the course credit hours. A person is considered full time if they have 12 semester hours.
The way to find out how many credit hours are required is to speak to the student service department/guidance department. Some school will except classes taken at other colleges or Universities it depends on the course taken and the information required to complete the course. The only people who can truly answer this is the university or college you wish to get the final degree from.

First, the number of credit hours needed for any degree varies from college to college, you need to ask someone in the admissions office for that information.

Second, each class is given a certain number of credit hours. Most classes are 3 credits, meaning you are in class for three hours a week for that class for the semester.

If you do not have your bachelor's degree you need to get that before your masters (a bachelors takes about 4 years and a masters takes about two)

Hope that helps

Pakistan started the war with India and Pakistan lost the war. The best solution for Pakistan to maintain its pride is to get Kashmir inside the map of Pakistan. The only solution to resolve the conflict between Pak-Ind, bring the Pakistan government to a International trial. Pakistan has a history of friendship with taliban and other international terrorist, Pakistan have been responsible for the miserable years the Indian public have been facing such as random bombs, random coupes, random wars. The terorist in Kashmir and India is from Pakistan sent by the government, even when proofs where collected and sent to the united nations, the american puppet Pakistan got clean results stating a unsufficient proof. We just hope everyone minds their own business and not intervene. Intervention creates huge massacare like in Somalia, Iraq, Afganistan, Congo, Chech,etc...
