Which part of the excessive CO2 amount in the atmosphere was produced by the G8 countries?

Isn't it the case that more then 80% of all CO2 trouble is caused by the 'industrialised countries' ? What about the phrase: THE POLLUTOR PAYS??? Why should other countries, like developing countries, sacrifise scarce funds?
