Ok, when i start my Laptop, It gets stuck on the microsoft windows xp blue screen, also i noticed my battery does not charge, but does that have anything to do with starting my computer even if i have the electric plug connected, all this happened after i uninstalled windows blind and restarted the computer, now it does not completely start, do you have any solution to fix this, i dont have the reboot disk for my xp, i was thinking about buying a new windows xp program, but i dont know if i can install it if it does not completely starts, the only thing i can do when i press the power button is the F2 option(Bios) and the F8(reboot) option but i cant start it on safe mode either, thanks for the help, i will give ten points

Your operating system seems pretty messed up. You can only repair it with your installation disk.
If you have important files there, you could use a new Win XP installation disk to repair your OS. Here's the way to do it:

You need to install chipset, sound and graphics drivers afterwards.

It sounds like when you uninstalled windows xp, the entire operating system was not fully uninstalled. There are probably enough remnants of it left to get you to the microsoft screen but then it hangs there because it can't find the files it needs to continue booting into windows. If you did have an XP disc you can boot from the CD. You would most likely have to select the F2 option and change the order of the boot sequence in BIOS to put the CD ahead of the hard drive. After that, reboot and let it go into booting from the CD. It will most likely say "press any key to boot from the CD" and then setup will start.

It is probably missing some system files, so it doesn't start.
