Sarkusi refuses to apologize for all the massacres carried out by french colony in Algeria that killed 1500000 algerians whereas France askes Turkey to apologize for killing 1000000 armenians and made it a prerequisite for Turkey to join the EU.i am not pro-Turkey,in the contrary, i demand Turkey's apology.

History acknowledges the Turkish genocide of Armenians in the first World War. On the other hand, the figure that you cite, according to the wikipedia article, is based on a 2001 article by Ahmed Ben Bella, Algeria's first president, nearly forty years after the events in question. There is no doubt though that there were French and Algerian atrocities in that war. On the other hand, Turkey's action against its own Armenian population was not war, it was an attempt to rid itself of an ethnic population, true genocide.
It is puzzling that modern Turkey would deny historically accurate events. Like modern Japan and Germany, Turkey can admit that the events took place, that they were horrible and that their current constitutionally elected governments would never permit such a thing again.
