I, personally, think that they are just IGNORANT and have lived in small towns all of their SAD lives especially when they descriminate against other people by their religion or maybe they just got nothing better to do with their lives.
I mean we are in a country((U.S.)) made up of people from all over the world, we are just missing people from antartica, and we are the most civilized/powerfull nation in the world, so I just can believe that there is such things as racist groups here, is not about freedom of speech, thats a basic human right is about being ugly to who U don't even know just because U feel like doing it. ((Bunch of ignorants))____I'm white, atheist and 3rd generation Italiana and I've being discriminated too. How about U?? ((Real discrimination or U just blew up someone's day up??))

Racism SUCKS, hun!
But, you cannot change the way someone feels.
If someone hates a certain race of people, or people that follow a certain religion, then just try to stay away from them, cause you will never change them. It's sad, but they are here and there is nothing we can do about it, except to just stay away from them.
It's not illegal to be racist, unfortunately. But, it is illegal to shoot a racist for speaking their racist thoughts.
Cheers

well.... it is a very touchy subject. Personally i think half of them were just brought up in a racist environment and they just wont change meaning it will always be that way and the whole thing is just stupid because now look what the new generation is learning. I was in the park just sitting on a swing and this mother put her two year old on the swing and told her that if someone hit her to hit back.. and it got me thinking about how now we have all these ppl who fight for a living, or sell drugs on the streets or don't accept others. its all ignorance and a generational curse we should stop it while we can!.....before it ends up being our whole world. Another example would be the Muslims blowing them selves up and killing poor ppl who have no clue what is going on!

Racism does not pop into the minds of villagers but also ultra uban people who experiance real globalisation and the hustle n bustle of modern life. I hope I don't sound offending ... but racism appears from the victims' mind (not always the case but often - from my experiance) and they suffer the consequences. Lets take an example .. I'm basically an Indian who has lived in major European cities and currently residing in Dubai. I have seen a lot of Indian people changing their attitude and accent the moment the encounter with "the white dude." Do the white change their attitude and accent when they encounter us (Indians)?? What I appreciate is that "the white dudes" are being who they are, and the indians/and sub-continent people don't. In teen language ... they feel they are not "just cool."
I apologise if I sound racist here.

Wait a minute there lady you dont know anything about me, what is that, you just jumped to a conclusion lol.
The KKK and Nazis are stupid. They hate all black people no matter their character.
Being racist is instinct in many aspects.
If you dropped me off in Watts, CA then I would fear for my life and look at any black person with cautious eyes. Simply instinct to keep myself safe. Call it racist if you want.
If you dropped a black person off in the town I live in then the situation would be reversed.
Here in my hometown black people are discriminated against sinmply due to the fact that they bring more crime to a town. Black people pretty much arent welcome here. Its not ignorant, its just liking a nice peaceful lifestyle.
A town 30 miles south of here is full of black people and the police report in the paper would start off with someone getting carjacked followed by 50 other acts of violence per week.
The police report for our town is only a few things per week. And usually something about kids throwing T.P on a house, problems with wild dogs or last week Bobby McAlpine backed his trailer into Susan Smiths truck.

I like to read the racist questions and answers, and I've made the conclusion that most of them have the same little deviant attitude toward humanity. Everything and everyone is always a joke to them and they are extremely selfish, never consider someone elses feelings.
