Aluminium carbonate doesn't exist, so you can't prepare it even by precipitation. Go back to your teacher and ask for some better questions.

Al2(CO3)3 doesnot exist because Al3+ ion is highly polarisingwhere as CO32- is highly polarisable. therefore it doesnot exist.nickel phosphate can be prepared byadding Ammonium Hydroxide &Ammonium Phosphate to a solution of nickel salt.(Fe)3(AsO4)2can be prepared by adding Na3 (AsO4)to a solution of ferric salt
