What could have the national team done to win the all-star game. What could they had done different. Different pitchers, give me details.

I think the National League should have not kept on substituting their pitchers. Everything was getting so mixed up that they should have just given a pitcher a chance to do a good job. In a regular game you don't take your pitcher out if he just gets one run scored off of him. And they should have played Pujols.

I think if pujols pinch hit for aaron rowand of the phillies, the national league would have one. Pujols can easily hit breaking balls. Didnt anyone see if take brad lidge out the game, with his monster shot in the nlcs series a few years back. Also, pujols could have smashed a fastball anywhere. Also, there would also be a chance that pujols would be walked...not intentionally though. If pujols was batting, I think there would have been more pressure on Francisco Rodriguez, resulting in either a walk or base hit for pujols. AT&T Park is huge also, pujols can place a ball anywhere he wants to on the field because of his skill. Thats why I believe the NL lost.

NO DIAMONDBACKS!!

they didn't let the reigning cy young winner Brandon Webb to pitch!

They didn't let one of the top 2 closers in the league pitch...JOSE VALVERDE!

Im no dbacks fan...but those guys were pretty good and they should've been givin a 1/3 of an inning at least

maybe wagner 1/3 and then those 2 1/3 each and that could've prevented victor martinez homerun...who knows

NO PUJOLS...WTF?? LARUSSA IS CRAZY...NUFF SAID

ROWAND OVER ERIC BYRNES CAME TO BITE LARUSSA IN THE BUTT...Rowand left the bases load with 2outs in the bottom of the 9th and his team trailing by 1!

They lose because the Umps didn't call that 1 hit a ground rule double instead of a HR,it clearly didn't leave the park with-out help from that fan

Pinch hit pujols for rowand or hudson or lee for that matter. That's pretty much it.

Because good hitting over powers good pitching.

Well, it's the NL. They always lose so no adjustment needed.
