You can buy tickets at the gate, I imagine it is subject to availability, I've posted the link to the racetrack, parking and directions as well as advance tickets below. Best to call the track with any questions.

If you go to the races i suggest you leave VERY early and make a picnic of it. (Gates open at 7:00am on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. ) The traffic backup getting there is absolutely horrendous, basically one lane coming in from from the north (116), one lane coming in from the the SR37 side that combines all traffic from Vallejo (37 from I80) from the east and from the west (two lanes of 37 from 101), with only two public gates into the park and one that's for permit holders only. Sundays for the finals is understandably the busiest day.

Any day of a race is crazy along 37. I was offered a job at Infineon and turned it down because of the crazy traffic. Go as early as you can, get a parking spot in the lot, and have a tail-gate.
