Very awkward. Especially since Ken Rosenthal said they were close to an extension during the broadcast.
Sucks though, I wanted him to play for my team.

maybe its a GOOD thing he needed a translator....and anyway, isn't he a free agent once this season is over UNTIL he signs again with the Mariners??? I mean nothing is set in stone until the name appears on the dotted line... I think the poor girl was just trying to make a joke that "got lost in translation"....

When is FOX going to dump that moron Zelasko? I didn't think anyone could be more annoying than Linda Cohn or Michelle Tafoya, but Zelasko definitely is... well, she's AS annoying as Linda Cohn, and a little more annoying than Tafoya, but not much.

I rarely wish bodily harm upon a fellow human, but Zelasko was completely annoying during the MVP presentation. No, worse; she was offensive.
Bodily harm upon Zelasko. If it involves high-voltage electricity, so much the better.

Yeah I thought that was pretty lame of her. Basically saying he mariners fans your hero might leave you and come here. I'd smack her. Actually I'd smack Tony LaRussa first for not pintch hitting pujols, but then I'd hit her too.
