So
-4y +6 = 6 - 4y
Which is always true.
So y can be any number.
So (c)
.

First, multiply everything out and move the variables (anything with a 'y' attached to it) to one side, and the constants (numbers) to the other.

-2(2y-3) = 6-4y
-4y + 6 = 6-4y
-4y+ 4y = 6-6
0=0, this means that no matter what number you plug in for y, the left side of the equation will ALWAYS equal the right, so your answer is:

(c) any real number

-2(2y - 3) = 6 - 4y

expand both sides

-4y + 6 = 6 - 4y

add 4y to both sides, subtract 6 from both sides

0 = 0

therefore the answer is b. 0

ok, the 1st ingredient is to "unfold out" the three(y-6), Multiply 3Xy, and 3X(-6). Your equation will now be 4y+2=3y-18+8 which provides 4y+2=3y-10. the subsequent ingredient is to get each and all the y's on a facet and the numbers on the different. First, subtract 2 from the two sides which will provide you: 4y=3y-12. Now, subtract 3y from the two sides and you gets 1y=-12. Congratulations, your answer is -12 (adverse 12) and that i wish this facilitates.

Since the same "nubmer" is standing on either side of the =, the the soution should be C. since any real number can be used in this equation. However I must admidt that I canot rememer if this is the correct solution, because if you continue to minimise the equation you get 6=6 and that would go for D no solution since there is no effect of the walue of y.

Open the brackets first
-4y + 6 = 6-4y

That is same on both sides.
So the answer is 0

-2(2y - 3) = 6 - 4y
2y*(-2) -3*(-2)=6-4y
-4y+6=6-4y
-4y+4y=6-6
0=0

You cannot solve it.
Ans. is d.
