With skinny jeans and (gasp) RED heels or flats. With leggings and a cute flat. With a pencil skirt. With a mini skirt if you're that type of girl. But not too mini. With solid color shorts, that aren't too short....That's really all I can think of. It would be really cute with white baggy sort of shorts that go about mid thigh or longer, depending on the length of the shirt, navy leggings, red flats and red accessories. That's really trendy. Totally not something I would wear, but really tempting. Hope this helps.

With jeans, shorts [ if smock does not come past hipbone ], bermudas, capris, slacks, or a skirt if smock is not too long [ skirt should be about 12 inches longer than hem of smock ].
Best Colors: navy, blue, soft white;
then almost any solid except brown.

Darkwash skinny jeans with a pale blue flat or heel. Or, for summer with a dinim mini and blue flipflops.

I'd wear it with skinny jeans or cutoff shorts. I'm not sure what brand you like but an example would be shorts like these:

And flip-flops to keep with the carefree beachy feel of the shirt.

skinny jeans with flats does sound really cute, that is such a cute shirt...really really cute for the summer...pig tails with that would look cute, just a personal opinion though...very very cute..and great choice!!
