Really, nothing. Most guys in the world (almost all other developed nations don't circumcise guys).

So you're uncircumcised, or not circumcised. Circumcision has many risks. You can see those as benefits to you.
Circumcision = loss of sensitivity according to new study

Circumcision is extremely painful.

The USA is the last advanced nation doing it, but rates have fallen down from over 90% in the 1960s to as low as 21% here in California currently. From CNN:

Circumcision was actually promoted in the USA at first to stop masturbation (in hopes of it being tight enough to require lubes and not have skin to slide since the foreskin is already moist)

USA = highest HIV rates in advanced nations (and highest circumcision rates). CIA statistics:

And one study already trashed the claims of the study that said that circumcision reduces HIV.

All you have to do is keep it clean. And that shouldn't be an issue. You just pull it back and rub the head; takes very few seconds to do and feels good.

If there's nothing physically/medically wrong with your foreskin (basically, you can pull it back and forth over the penis head easily and comfortably) then probably nothing bad will happen if you don't get circumcised. About 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised and you don't hear them complaining, so there mustn't be anything wrong in the vast majority.
In actuality, the foreskin could be a good thing for sex. The foreskin has many nerve endings that could contribute to sexual sensitivity (link 1). Also, several studies indicate that the foreskin may be beneficial to the sexual satisfaction/pleasure of not only the man, but the woman as well (links 2, 3, 4).
So if your foreskin works normally, you maintain good genital hygiene (which is easy), and you practice safe sex (which you should do anyway, when the time comes), being uncircumcised might actually be a good thing. So stay as you are and enjoy.

you never need to get circumcised. What you have is natural and the way you were made and born. over 80% of the worlds men are natural like you and I. Be proud of what you have and make sure you keep it clean under the skin (like any part of your body) and don't let any body tell you to get cut. they are just jealos of what they are missing

I'm not sure what you think might happen but no, you don't need to be circumcised at all. some men are and some aren't just a personal preference, or religious issue.

Of course not! That's natural, it's the way you were made, how can it be bad? Most 'blind' studies show women find it more pleasurable too, although some girls are used to circumcised.

I disagree with mark. I admit I used to think that uncircumcized guys weren't good but once I had experienced with one that changed. I really like it. they look almost the same when hard anyways. you just have to let the girl get to know it. some thing it's out of this world since they dont have experience with it

nothing bad will happen. if there was, then human males wouldnt be born this way. well there is a possibility of tearing some skin during sex and thats known to be painful.. benefits are that you dont need lubricant. the foreskin acts as a natural lubricant

Nothing. Leave your junk alone. I wish that I was uncut. You will have more feeling , if you get my drift. The majority of the world is uncircumcised.Keep it clean and use a condom and you should be fine. Ignore Free_Mark, he is wrong .

Now what do you think...being that 70-80% of the world's male population is uncircumcised, where do you think all these offspring are coming from?
