I am going to say yes and no. The Taj Mahal has been around since 1648. Therefore it most likely was named one of the seven MODERN wonders of the world in the 90s or 80s. But it is a MODERN wonder of the world. The original Seven Wonders of the World are as followed:
Great Pyramid of Giza
Hanging Gardens of Babylon
Temple of Artemis at Ephesus
Statue of Zues at Olympia
Mausoleum of Maussollos at Halicarnassus
Colossus of Rhodes
Lighthouse of Alexandria
