First, I gotta say don't do the rhyming name thing. Think about calling your kids and they can't tell who you're calling and you can't get it straight who you're calling. It's sounds like a mess. I have a son, Reagan and a nephew, Logan. When he was staying with us, it was a nightmare.
Try calling two things rhyming names for a while. Let them have their own special name.
That being said, here are some names that rhyme with Wayne:

and Jane
Oh, just noticed name isn't Wayne, but Wanye.
Is that pronounced Wau-nee? Then rhymes could be Ronnie, Shaunie, Lonnie, Bonnie, Connie, Donny, or Johnny.
If it's pronounced Wanny: Fanny, Danny, Lannie, Mannie,
if it's Wan-I, I got nothing.
Wah-nigh, nothing
