My pick is Bistro de Paris. I have been here many times and it is one of my favorite restaurants onsite at Disney. Great food, nice atmosphere and the service is usually really great as well. If you are looking for something a little more upscale, this is definitely a great choice.

I've also been to Chef de France severa times as well, in my opinion it is not quite as good at Bistro de Paris, although the prices are a little lower. Most people feel that Le Celliers is better and I agree. During a few of my visits the food was not what I usually would expect from this type restaurant at Disney, it is usually pretty busy and noisy, being small it can be a little uncomfortable and service can be a little bit slow and lacking.

If you are willing to spend a little more, then I think that you will be much happier with Bistro de Paris.

As far as when to eat, I personally prefer eating dinner over lunch (Bistro de Paris only serves dinner). When I go to Disney I like to have a nice breakfast and either a small lunch or a snack and then have a nice dinner (even when all my meals are paid for I usually don't use them all, too much food and not enough time!) I like to relax in the evening and have a nice, slow meal to cool off and wind down from what can be a very long, hot day in the park. Now adays I don't do a lot of full days in the parks, I like to ride a few things, walk around, etc. but not deal with the lines and heat all day like I used to. I've been to Disney so many times that I can enjoy some of the more relaxing elements, so in my opinion, dinner is definitely the way to go.

I've included some links, not sure if you have been to the sites yet or not, but they should really help you. I will include a link with the menus (afterall, if they don't have food you want, it won't be a very good experience) as well as some reviews.

I hope this helps, good luck with your decision, have a great time at Disney and enjoy your meal!!!

Bistro de Paris is a fine dining restaurant so the food is of highest quality and the restaurant itself is very nice and relaxing.
