I have a bath tub and would like to add jets?

Suggestions on what jets I should buy for my tub. 60"L x 28"W x 16"H is my bath tubs measurements. Id like something affordable and nice.

This is my daughters account and im using it (im here mom) and my husband would not go for that are tub is porcelain and worth a lot of money so he wont let me take it out.

Why not purchase a "Whirlpool" jet device that hangs into the tub?

I have been in the business before you were walking I'm sure and, I have never seen this done. The Jacuzzi tubs come with the jets built in. I have never seen anywhere that you could buy them and install them, I wouldn't know how and, don't know anyone that does this, no such animal.

An average Jucuzzi tub, on sale from say, Home Depot, may be about $800.00 on up.
I will watch this answer though to see if you do get any bites, there's always that far chance.

It really is easier to replace the whole tub. If you try installing your own jets, your just asking for leaks. And if that happens and goes unnoticed long enough, the floor will rot, and the tub can actually fall through.

Jets come with a tub, they are not added on. Most jets are in larger tubs, yours is standard size. you vcan get a standard tub with jets but if you have space you could consider getting a larger tub with jets or just ... forget about it

Don't they are a health hazard. The pipes get clogged with pubic hair, body fat and faecal matter and are a breeding ground for bacteria.
If you don't sterilise at least once week you can catch diseases including Legionnaires Disease.
All manufacturers now have to put these warnings in their instruction manuals now.
