If you get on the ball and file court documents on the 4th day being late on their pmts, it could take 3-4 weeks.

I believe its 30 days from the pay or quit notice, but it might depend which state you're in.

depends on the contact term you have signed with them . but if they broke any rules you can kick them out within 24 hours that is as per your requirements.
