My default browser on my pc was internet explorer7. Being curios i have tried netscape, opera, firefox. however i was not satisfied by those browser. I prefer internet explorer 7 as although it is the simplest one to use it is also the most complete oftware i have ever seen for browsing. So IE7 is the best.

Firefox
1-Better looking
2-Safer browser
3-More add-ons
4-Bookmarking is better and easier
5-Customizable and extendable
6-All around better!
And now if Firefox crashes there is a restore point, you can come back to EXACTLY what you were doing!

For open source and security, I prefer FireFox. It's much better, faster and safer than IE. You can also customize it with special themes and add mods / extentions to make your browsing experience much better and faster.

I believe it is. IE is always a good one, but not always the safest. So look around and see which one would protect your computer better
