Life has no point, no meaning, no purpose unless there is a designer/planner/God who created us with a point, meaning and purpose.

“Unless you assume a God, the question of life’s purpose is meaningless.” –Bertrand Russell (noted 20th century philosopher, mathematician and atheist)

If God created us, then He also created our deep need to have a purpose and I think He must have done that to point us to seek Him.

All of our attempts to find meaning and purpose without God is just meaningless searches for good feelings.

There is no point to life, but people try to add meaning to their life through religion or some sort of afterlife belief.
That way their point is that there will be a reward for doing good. It's hard to grasp that we will die and be nothing because we are alive and can't picture ourselves as nothing.
So my answer is that there isn't a point other than live and die. Just like ants except we have cooler stuff and we are smarter.

To not take it so personal which is hard for most, becase life is actually a commercial in our indeffinate being so make the most of it realizing tragedy and death is unavoidable and have faith and pray as much as possible that you will get through it without taking it personal and praise Jesus for the experience.
