Sorry, just wanted to tell you that this is a somewhat private question that some people might not want to read. Ok, I gained a lot of weight from a medication I took a few years ago. I have lost the weight, but my breasts are REALLY saggy. I've been thinking about having fat transplanted (with breast reconstruction or another procedure) to my chest. It seems that they would seem really natural except for that it would leave scars. What do you think, would it be better to get them enlarged w/fat, only get a breast reduction for the looose skin on my breasts, just have saggy breasts, or try to gain a little weight back, so they won't be so saggy, but I would be a little chubby?
I wouldn't consider getting breast implants or any other cosmetic surgery if my breast weren't saggy because of the weight gain from the medicaton. Thank you for your opinions.

It doesn't sound like you want a reduction, it sounds like you want a lift (which will take away that unneeded skin) with maybe an implant. You didn't say what size you are now.

If you have back pain due to your breasts, then you could get a reduction with lift covered by your insurance.

If you don't have back pain, then you could get a lift with implants.

Scars are not that bad, with mederma and scarguard around my reduction with lift scars are barely noticeable.

I have just had a breast reduction and the scarring really is minimal. I am pretty sure that for a lift there would be even less incisions and therefore even less scarring. To reduce the sagginess they would need to be lifted and have excess skin cut away so that everything could be pulled tightly into place. If you have fat implanted in them then they may just continue to sag. Speak with your Plastic Surgeon and see what they advise. I have had family friends in this situation and they got breast lifts with small implants.

All the best with your decision
