Come on, please! You are asking the same people for voted for the same "creature" that got us caught up in this mess- do you honestly expect them to admit their mistakes? OR to accept responsibility?- even their "leader" can't do that!

Actually, debt-funding the war wouldn't be so bad if it were with premium 'war bonds' that pay lower interest. That way people could show thier support by taking a hit on thier investment income by buying the bonds rather than regular ones...
