Well, if it can, I would spend it with Hermione from the Harry Potter books. She's so cool, smart, interesting and hot! We would have a greta day together!

Either Jewel Kilcher or Regina Spektor. They both have beautiful voices and I love to sing so I would want to spend a day with them learning all about the meanings of their lyrics and how they learned to sing and things like that.
