yes. just 15 million more illegal mexicans getting citizenship
in the next 15 years, increase their voting power to put in mexican senators and congressmen in the power broker role. those 15 millon in 20 years will increase another 10 million.

Colonization is a concerted effort by a state to place it's citizens permanently in a foriegn land. The illegal immigrations of Mexicans to America might be fairly characterized as colonization, if you accept the premise that it is organized by the government of Mexico as part of a conscious policy.
