No... but my mom always tells me about how helpful I was when I was younger and how she had such high expectations for me. Too bad I failed to meet them...

Yes, actually, there was. Note the past tense, please ;) ...From the time I was about 34 through the time I was about 38, maybe 39. I was not perfect, nor was EVERYthing, but near enough as made no difference; or so it seemed. I doubt it was my age, per se, nor was it the decade. ( It MAY have been that man....or maybe not.) }:>

Yeah. When I was really as good as I thought I was. Now, I'm no longer that good and I know it and I know I can't fool anyone anymore. But now, ... now it doesn't break my heart like it used to. I can be that good once a week but the rest is boasting.

I felt that way sometimes when I was working as a Nurse, but I am retired, and no body is perfect, I can just act like I know what I am doing...I loved my job;) and miss working :(

No, why be perfect anyway its way more fun to be imperfect. Something is always bound to go wrong if you do everything perfectly.

Hon, It depends on who answers that. My husband says I never do anything right. I have had a few times where every peg fit in its hole!
