Get some 20 oz.bottles of water and freeze them.Put them in the bunnies' cage with them,so they can lay against them when they get hot.Of course ,you'll need to replace them as they thaw,so freeze as many as you can to have on hand. Also, make popsicles for them.Put a few pieces of chopped carrot or apple in a Dixie cup full of water and freeze it.The bunnies will love nibbling on them. And,don't forget to make sure they have plenty of shade and fresh water. This is for outdoor bunnies, but if you don't have AC,you can do it for house rabbits, too.Make sure to keep all outside animals cool in this weather.

Keep your rabbit cages underneath large shade trees if you have them. Shady valleys work great. Maples tend to make great shade trees. You could also grow a grape vine a couple feet over the top of the cage for shade. You can freeze most any kind of plastic bottle. We've used syrup bottles, 2 liter bottles, ect. They lay against the bottles and get cool. Fans can be used also. You can get some big industrial fans. Or house fans can be used or even old squirrel cage furnace fans work really good. Wide mouth jars such as canning jars, spaghetti sauce jars, etc can be filled full of ice cubes or ice from bags of ice. You can wet their ears down. You can open the cage up so it gets a nice breeze through it.

Keep the cage in the shade and, if possible, where it can get a breeze.
Get a 2 liter plastic bottle, put water in it (not quite full) and freeze it. Then put it in the cage in the daytime. If the rabbit gets too hot, it will cuddle up to it.

Well U can do one of two things. U can get a spray bottle and fill it with cold water and spray them occasionally or if they're really overheated and need to be cooled down quickly you can give em an alcohol bath. Just please watch their eyes if U do. Regular baths would help too.
