Since stress most generally can be counterproductive, I'd have to say less. Because when stressed, I tend to focus on the reason why I'm stressed and not what is really important....

It might seem like you're getting a lot done when you're stressed,but you're really not,it just feels that way.Only when you are focused to the exclusion of outside interferance can you dedicate yourself to the situation at hand.Plus,it's hell on your system to "white knuckle it"

I don't like being stressed and in a hurry. that's when you start to screw things up. trying to rush to get things done just doesn't work for me.
