When I 've had a bad day there are three things that make me feel better. Spending time with my daughter she makes me laugh and feel good. Reading a good book and a large cup of tea or coffee. And if I'm really stressed out I like to run a hot bath with lots of bubbles get a favorite book even if I've read it a hundred times before and a large cup of lemon or orange tea and just soak, relax and read until the bath water is cold and if I'm still stressed I"ll let out the cold water and run some more hot. Some times the dog will come an lay in the bath room on the rug while I'm reading and just be with me. Taking a hot bath reading a good book and playing with my daughter really helps me to unwind. Worse come to worse I'll call my therapist and talk to him or leave a message on his voice mail. But most of the time I use reading playing with my daughter and a hot bath to really relax. I know that there will be a time soon when my daughter will think that playing with mom is not cool but I'll enjoy it while I can.

when I have a bad day I go to the lake shore or a river bend, I just sit there and watch the beatiful and calming water. It feel as though I drop all my problems into the water and all my broken feelings get washed away. I like to think positive and make optimistic plans after that moment. I become braver and more confident when I do that, I get a chance to communicate with my inner self. Remember, Love yourself first. It's 21st century, anymore, you are number 1.

When a man goes outside, he sees so much of evil in the society. He feel as if the whole world is filled with evil. When he comes back home and spends a few moment with his wife and children, he experiences a good world within his home. He gets the experience of power of good over evil. Even in small doses, the power of good can give him the strength to keep going in an evil world.

A glass of wine and Sade. Seriously. I love the solitude of enjoying some smooth music and sometimes I add a good conversation from someone that will give me greta advice (you know that friend that never let's you down!)

Opening my email or getting a text message from my husband who is deployed to Iraq. He can make me smile and be happy even thousands of miles away.

A nice relaxing bubblebath and some reading material. When I shivel like a prune in the bathtub, I get out of it, do my own facial and moisturize, moisturize, moisturize all over and sleep.
